Hi Doctor, I Was Told By A Specialist I Have

Hi Doctor, I was told by a Specialist I have lesions in my abdomen, this causing periodically blockage of my bowls, painfull indeed. Approx 3 days later it corrects itself. Is there any diet to stop getting these attacks. What food should I not eat? I am 75 yrs young, the Specialist does not believe I should have an operation, i did have a Hystorectomy several years ago, please help. Thank you
