Hi Doctor, I Waxed My Face For The Very First

Hi Doctor,

I waxed my face for the very first time yesterday which has left me with red patches resulting from skin peeling off. I have applied paw paw cream and coconut oil to soothe it down but has had minimal effect.
I'm currently taking oral tablets ( Doxycycline 50mg) every day for my acne issue and using Epiduo gel on the acne area. Should I stop taking the acne treatment while allowing the skin to recover? Is there any medication I can take to speed up the recovery of my peeled skin?
