Hi Doctor, I Went To The Beach And Got Sand

Hi Doctor, I went to the beach and got sand flea bites. The red skin around the bites becomes harden. Went to a doctor who prescribe elomet cream for me to apply. It's very itchy but I did not scratch because I am afraid it get worse. but it's been a week and it is getting worse. The red skin harden patch becomes bigger and the red bites patch keeps getting bigger too. Please advice. Thank you.
