Hi Doctor, I went to the emergency room today. I had slight pain, which my doctor referred to as stretching pain. from the date of my last period I am 7wks +4 days. I was given a transvaginal scan. However the sonographer did not change the date of conception based on her measurement. She kept it at 7wks 4 days. after the scan she got gestational sac 9mm yolk sac 3.6mm CRL 2.1
Embryo present. fetal heart activity absent.

I am worried. this is not normal.
