Hi Doctor, I'm 24 Years Old And Had Intercourse With

Hi Doctor, I'm 24 years old and had intercourse with my partner.. After that I have a pricking n tickling feel on my clitorius and I when I want to urinate I am really not able to control as the tickling increased.. What could be the reason ?? Is this something serious ?? (I already have fungal infection around my private parts, stomach - kind of round patches and under medication.. My physician advised me not to have inter course as this is contiguous) please advise me on this..
