Hi Doctor, I'm a black 34 year old male. I've recently noticed that my skin (on my face) tends to be very oily. I'm quite a hairy guy so I shave regularly, which mostly leaves me with a shaving rash to deal with. But, I've started getting what seems to be white thick secretions coming out of my pores, especially when my bear is growing back. Is this normal? how can I treat it? The secretions have a bad odour.
