Hi Doctor Im asking about my blood test specifically my rbc count 7.44 million rbc's/dl is it too high or normal high i have attached the rest off the hematology numbers, I am suspected thalasimia carrier since my family has it they just take folic acid, do you adivse me too donate blood or take aspirin? I am currently on diovan(valsartan) hydrochlorothiazide 160/12.5 for hypertension and nexium(esopmeprazole) 40mg for gi although i notice the nexium raise my heart rate to 99 beats per minute and without the nexium around 80 but even without the nexium i feel my heart beat is strong even when not fast do you think its related with my high rbc's? my heart enzymes and ekg and echo, xrays are all good. i Weigh:290lbs 25 year old male thanks
