Hi Doctor I'm Taking Galvis-met 50/1000 , It's Been Working

Hi Doctor
I'm taking galvis-met 50/1000 , it's been working very well, but recently my sugar level are between 10.2 to 11.2 before and after.
What can I done to stabilize my sugar levels ??
My doctor recommended that I take one after meal in morning and 1 dinner at night .
