Hi Doctor,
I've always noticed something was different with my anus. There are 3 lumps that stick out when I use the restroom and they are very uncomfortable. I have had them since I was a child. Just recently a small painful lump has appeared on the left side of my anus in one of the 3 lumps. It's pretty painful and it's very uncomfortable to use the restroom. It itches sometimes also.
Any ideas of what the lumps may be and the new occurring one?
I need all the suggestions I can get.
