Hi Doctor,

I've had an oval shaped lump in the left side of my neck for over 2 years now, at first I thought it was a lymph node swelling but the fact it hasn't gotten smaller or larger kind of indicates to me that it's either a gland or part of my neck or perhaps someone more serious, it doesn't hurt as such unless I constantly poke it, it doesn't raise up from my skin and kind of feels rubbery, it is located about 5 cm above the base of my neck on the muscle itself, as I say I noticed it about 2 years ago so god knows how long it's been there, any help would be appreciated
