What Should I Do About Delayed Period After An HSG Test Showed Blocked Fimbrial Ends And PCOD?

Hi Doctor, Last February 02nd i had HSG test and result was my both fimbrial end was blocked and that day i found out having PCOD,along with that i am taking 75 mcg Thyroid tablet. so doctor suggest me to take 07 doses of Placentrex injection 2ml alternative days. and for PCOD i am taking medicine.my last period of January 25th.But till today not got period. my cycle ranges from 29-32 days one month only it reached to 39 days. and at home i do tuk pregnancy test but it shows negative.so what to do next.
