My 1 year old baby is having hives since 5 days. Pediatrician had prescribed Atarax for 3 days, but it dint subside. Later he gave anti-biotic(amoxillin). We have given it for a day(2 doses of 1 ml) but hives still exist. He has prescribed omnacortil drops for 3 days(3 ml - 3 times a day). Is it safe to give steroids for a 1 year old baby?
