Hi Doctor, My 3 Year Old Baby Is Having Pain

Hi Doctor, My 3 year old baby is having pain while peeing... When we consulted the pediatrician, we were told that his foreskin is very tight and whe hole is too small . We have been asked to applu HHsone cream on this foreskin and near the hole for 6 weeks twice. Its been a day only. Little worried about him cause he still has pain while peeing.
