Hi Doctor,
My child is about 5yrs. age and he had undergone the hydrocele surgery last year Novemeber, and he has no any type of complications after the surgery, but i observed that scrotum skin is hanging (sometimes) of one testicle side from where the fluid had removed. Is it normal? and would skin be tighten over the period of days?
