Hi Doctor, My Dad Taking Many Medications After Installed 3

Hi Doctor, My dad taking many medications after installed 3 stents in his heart a month ago. Now urine light red for 4days and today got light green stool, body weak and dont want to eat since red urine. I have stopped blood thiner--asperin and apixaban, still taking TICAGRELOR, METOPROLO,PANTOLOC, CRESTR and DIOVAN. I am guessing could be the crestor caused the problem, want to stop. It is reasonable or any other reason? thank you very much
