Hi Doctor My Mother Aged 69 Years She Is Lying

Hi Doctor My mother aged 69 years she is lying on bed and stands with walker 2 to 3 times a day with Help of others. since last week she is saying the pain in the throught and difficult of swallow. and in beetween intermittently her speech stops for 2 to 3 minutes. and since from yesterday she is repeating the same speech that I am having problem and I may not stay.
Her oxygen % is 84 to 88% at rest. and we are giving 2ltrs oxygen through Oxygen generator.
the treatment for the above condition is Antibiotic tablet , with pain killer tablet.

Please suggest the right medicine
