My son is 13months old. He is having fever since 3 days. After giving medicine temperature is decreasing. Today the frequency of fever is lesser than yesterday. I was given fevago (paracetamol). Can I give him ibugasic plus. Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not affect his fever.
