Hi Doctor, My Son Is 3 Years 2 Months Old

Hi Doctor, My son is 3 years 2 months old and he is complaining of stomach ache after eating and vomited twice last night. Now after break fast again he is complaining of stomach ache. He is diagnosed with hand mouth and foot disease. Is the stomach ache relating to that? Can I give him Emeset if he is feeling nauseous again? if so what is the dosage?
