Hi Doctor, Raj Here... I Have Got Temporary Scirosis Problem

Hi Doctor, Raj here... I have got temporary scirosis problem as mentioned by a dermatologist in my vicinity. In this, my elbows, toes, knuckles in my hands are either turning whitish or getting really dry or the skin is getting torned. Was on medication for 4 months and was alright till then. When the medication was over, the problem reappeared after a month and has become more severe than before. Also, these days i feel little itching on my hands and toes. Please suggest what should i do??
