Within the left ovary is a thin-walled unicolar cystic structure with reticular echoes and ring of fire on color flow mapping meas. 1.41 x 1.04 cm. suggestive of corpus luteum.
Normal-sized anteverted uterus, Secretory endometrium,Normal ovaries with corpus luteum in the left.
No fluid in the cul sac. What does it mean? Thank you.
