Hi Doctor, For My 2 Yr Old Kid, Usually We

Hi Doctor, for my 2 yr old kid, usually we will give relent+ 3.5 ml. Another doctor suggested us to give chericof 5 ml which is again a combination of ambroxyl hydrochloride, levosalbatumol. Tonight, we have given relent + and chericof together thinking both are different medicines. Will it have any side effects?
