Hi Doctor, For While Now Iv Been Having Sharp Shooting

Hi Doctor, for while now iv been having sharp shooting pains on my upper left side, not heartburn or acid or anything, my appetite is almost non existent, my own GP only seems to prescribe me acid reflux tablets, I have read a lot of symptoms for pains in this area but I have a lot of the symptoms iv read but hard to pin point anything out
