Doctor i am 28 years old i face a proplem about over masturbation for 12 years approx . Now i feel pain and sexual organs exhousted . I also went to a urology doctor and said i have testicles hydrocele and nowi am ok .
But i have gone back to masturbate rapidly i feel pain in my testicles like a burning feel especially when i set on a chair for a long time
