Hi Doctor, I Had My Last Period On May 6th

Hi Doctor, i had my last period on May 6th and had some spotting on 30th of May for a day and stopped, later i has spotting on 9th of June and have bloating and lower back ached, Had done a BHCG and the result was 0.10 mlU/ml says i am not pregnant. Is there a chances of pregnancy? should i take some precautions. It's feels uneasy due to spotting suddenly.
