Hi Doctor, I Have Twins 8 Months Old ,one Of

Hi Doctor,
i have twins 8 months old ,one of them got cold and fever, the doctor prescribed sinarest drops , but somehow it was mistaken by the chemist and gave pedeatric syrup.

can it be given to my kid ? if yes then how much should be adminidtered?
keeping in mind the difference between drops and syrup
paracetamol = 125 mg both equal,
phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg in syrup and 2.5mg in drops.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1 mg both equal,
Sodium Citrate 60 mg in Syrup while not present in Drops.
