Hi Doctor.. My 2 Year Old Son Is Having Fever

Hi Doctor.. my 2 year old son is having fever between 100.6 degree to 103 degree for continous three days. We are giving him 5 ml of P125 syrup every four to six hours but still the fever is consistent at 100.6 deg to 101.5 deg atleast. Today is the third day. Kid is active and eating properly. He is 9 kg weight. Please suggest should we wait one or two more days to consult doctor? Can you suggest some other medication if required? We are worried. We are in US.
