Hi Doctor, My 3 Year Old Toddler Accidentally Ingested About

Hi Doctor, my 3 year old toddler accidentally ingested about a teaspoonful of glycerin borax. I found out about 3hrs after and she seemed fine except for a complaint of a sore on her tongue which I suspect was from the glycerin burning her tongue. she developed a mild cough a day after and was vomiting and complaining of tummy ache 2 days after. Should I be worried?
