Hi Doctor, My 46 Year Old Daughter Has Liver Failure

Hi Doctor, my 46 year old daughter has liver failure due to alcohol. Her INR is 1.7 Creatine is 7.2 and her Bilirubin is 9.1 + MELD Score of 21. Previous melds were 16 and 19 Her GGT is 180 AST is 141 She has not been following up with her doctor at UCLA, still in somewhat of denial. My question is this, is it now time for me and my husband to have a talk with her about going back to UCLA?
