Hi Doctor, My 5month Old Girl Was Having 102 Degree's

Hi Doctor, my 5month old girl was having 102 degree's fever, and we have consulted doctor and he has prescribed Meftal-p & Oxipod 50 oral syrups to contine for 2days, after 6 hours the temperature came down to 94, I would like to know whether we can stop giving the medacines or we have to continue for 2days even though temp normal.
