Hi Doctor, My Father Who Is 62 Years Old, Has

Hi Doctor, my father who is 62 years old, has the head reeling sensation from quite sometime now. We had an X-ray for the neck area and it was diagnosed to be a cervical spondylosis. His sugar levels are well under control but he has BP level 175/101 which keeps fluctuating and for that he takes a tablet "stamla" daily before food. Some times when he does any physical activity he says his head is swinging again and having bad food he pukes out. Please advise.
