Hi Doctor, my husband suddenly gets very, very hot for no reason, for example whilst lying in bed in winter? He is 62 years old, marginally overweight and normally quite fit with no underlying health problems.

He also gets acute , severe cramps in different parts of his body. Can you thro any light on these ?
