Hi Doctor .my Mother Has Sever Pain In Temporal Region

Hi Doctor .my mother has sever pain in temporal region of brain she cannot lie fown on left side of her head. She feel so much pain in head she has not comb her hair for last 6 months and dont want to walk due to fear of falling down. She cannot go to sleep without taking .25 mg ofrevotril which is clonoidizapam. Will you plz diagnose what is wong withv her. And prescribe some meficine she is 78 years old And Feels no energy all her flesh gone and has lost weight she feels great trouble swallowing and cant take salty food she avoids every veg pulses ... we are pure veggy...plz tell me what to do
