Hi Doctor, My Period Is Late. I Am 13 Days

Hi Doctor, my period is late. I am 13 days late for my period. However I have no pregnancy symptoms. Just mild cramps that usually occur before my period. Am I pregnant? I am afraid to take the test because I don't think I am prepared for a baby.

PS. I have been taking Postinor 2 on a regular therefore my period was not regular for the past two months.
