Hi Doctor My Son Who Is 10 Months Old Is

Hi Doctor my son who is 10 months old is suffering from severe diaper rashes . We were using "pampers active baby" diapers since his birth. No diaper rashes occured any time. Now before 2 days I changed the diaper to "pampers premium care pant" diapers as he was tearing the stickers on previous mentioned diapers. Now his skin looks like it got peeled off and reddish. He got fever and now he is ok after giving medication (p125 drops-5.5ml) as per pediatrician's prescription. Doctor said us to simply make him to feel dry. I stopped diaper use and now using cloth. Please guide
