Hi, Doctor Suggested Me Nioret Nano Gel At Bed Time,

Hi,
Doctor suggested me Nioret nano gel at bed time, A-CN gel in morning, Adoxid tablet twice a day and seba med foam face wash twice a day. I used it same as suggested after 2 days my face got dried and burning when i apply any cream and some red spots occurred as well as the dry skin of my face is breaking and falling and doctor adviced me not to use moisturizer. please suggest me and help me out.
