Hi Doctor, the HSG report I did says that the right Fallopian tube is outlined indicative of tubal patency with lobulated spillageof contrast to suggest pelvic adhension.

The left Fallopian tube suggest tubal blockage........what is the meaning? can pregnancy occur?
