Hi Doctor,I Got Married In The Month Of June 13th

Hi Doctor,I got married in the month of june 13th still that I got regular period .in the month of June it has to come before 15 but it came after 20 only.then we didn't have sex because he went to abroad.now I came to to abroad on November 4th but the period has to come before 5th of November but still last week I didn't get .this week like drop I get the mensuration.what is the problem for me what should I do.help me please
