Hi Doctor,I Have Prepatellar Bursitis On Both Knees,I Often Suffer

Hi Doctor,I have prepatellar bursitis on both knees,I often suffer from burst veins in my feet and knees,my knees are often bruised looking. My left knee is badly bruised with leaking bruise stain across patella and distall not medial. Should I be concerned? I'm a cleaner by trade and use a kneel pad since noticing loss of cushioning and indent over patellas. Thankyou from Desli
