Hi Doctor..My Sister Is Autism And She Couldn't Take Care

Hi Doctor..My sister is autism and she couldn't take care of herself when she is on her period(menstrual cycle).What i mean is..she doesn't even want to wear tampon.This really disgusting yeah I know.I tried convince my mom to let her undergo surgery or medication to make her period gone forever permanently..but she scared if there's side effect.And she never want her getting surgery.So please if you have any other way that we can use?
