Hi Doctor..how Can I Know If My Hymen Is Imperforated

Hi Doctor..how can I know if my hymen is imperforated or thick..I do have my periods but when I look at my hymen in the mirror most times, I don't see any kind of hole..it looks like there is no opening at all..but I get my periods and I ass out urine well..
