Hi, Doctor.i Feel A Mild Pain On The Right Side

Doctor.i feel a mild pain on the right side of my stomach so when i did usg of the whole abdomen it said i have "liver is mildly enlarged in size.diffuse fatty change is seen.portal vein is normal(7.4mm)" and at the end of the report in the imprezsion column it says "fatty liver" so my doctor jas prescribed me udiliv 300 twice daily for 1 month.plz let me know is it the correct treatment.thanks
