Hi Doctors, I Am Male 26, I Have Been Suffering

Hi Doctors, I am male 26, I have been suffering from acne and pimples breakout since 19. But recently when I shifted to another city I had no choice but to take oily food of mess. I think due to which my rate of acne has increased significantly and also there are marks all over my face. Also acne scars are all over my face. I am almost very fair in complexion. Also my face is very oily.
One of my doctor friend suggested to use britelite and adaple C on phone. So I have started using britelite past 2 days. Plz suggest a remedy for pimple, blackheads, whiteheads, and scars.
