Hi Doctors, I Was Diagnose With PCOS Last Nov 2015

Hi Doctors,
I was diagnose with PCOS last Nov 2015 the my Gynecologist prescribed me Primolut in first treatment then Dec. 9, 2015 I had a monthly period. Again I visited my doctor and she ask me to take Duphaston every 25 of the month for 3 months. I started treatment Dec 25, 2015 for 10 days 2 time a day, then Jan 7, 2016 I had a period for 3 days and suppose to be tomorrow I need to take again duphaston but I am worried because just have spotting now. So my question is it is safe to drink duphaston even I having spotting or even when pregnant?
Kindly advice me.
