Hi Doctors I Was Feeling Feverish, I Took Anti Malaria

I was feeling feverish, I took anti malaria drugs, I felt okay but in 2 days I started feeling weak, headache, heavy headedness, I couldn't walk well my legs are weak, looks like I want to fall down with weak knee joints also a turning eyes.
I went to a doctor he said its typhoid , treated me but after a week I started feeling the symptoms again.
Also during the treatment I was stooling a dark coloured stool,. 5 days
What might be the cause? Is it a leakage or bleeding in the intestine or stomach that might cause the dark stool for like 5 days consistently?
Please I need an answer.
