Hi Doctot, I Am Angina Patient With Hypertention And Head

Hi Doctot, I am angina patient with hypertention and head pain.It seems any time cerebral attack may
occur.I am prescribed for natrilics,stamlo beta,TVS-10,Foxtat,losar and nicoran 10

Blood pressure is under control now but chest paid,head pain and breathlessness still persists.
What should I do now. Need your suggestion.
