Hi. Does Tetralysal 300mg affect fertility treatment and the growth of follicles on the ovaries?

I am 43 and have just started with IVF and on day 3 I had only 3 follicles on my 2 ovaries. 10 months ago with my last IVF I had 5 follicles on my right ovary alone. Can this drug stop the growth of follicles?
