Hi Dr, After Not Cutting My Nails For 3 Weeks

Hi Dr,
After not cutting my nails for 3 weeks I cut them then when I did cut my in grown toe nail my toe got so red and pain ful. Now when I pulled off a layer of skin white/clear pus started coming out. Now it is a Red ball seeping clear liquid. Any advice. ? I just put neosporin and bandaid
