Hi Dr. Andrew my name is Fritz and i am having this problem of purse-like discharge from my penis which looks like sperm and it happens only when i'm defecating and at times i feel a kind of pain in my left testis. So i don't know what exactly is wrong with me. I haven't yet gone to the hospital.
