Hi Dr. Bhatti My Name Is Bethany. I Woke Up

Hi Dr. Bhatti my name is Bethany. I woke up Saturday to an enlarged painful lymph node behind my ear, ear pain and a patch of red bumps above it. I went to the er where I was diagnosed with an ear infection. I have started on antibiotics but several more lymph nodes have swollen including one above my collar bone and more patches of red bumps have appeared behind my ear. Is this anything to be concerned about?
