Could I Be Pregnant When I Took Norgest For 4 Days Post Intercourse But Still Haven’t Gotten My Period?

Hi Dr , For the whole last year I got my regular periods and my last periods had by me was on 10th Dec 2022. But after I had sex with my husband on 20th Dec 2022 I missed my periods till now.. I had few HCG tests as well but all were negetive.. and I got this norgest pill for 4 days and I still didn’t get my periods.. and I feel dizzy sometimes and I have cravings as well.(I am a foodie) last week I had a sever back pain as well.. Can I be pregnant ?
